What are the main usage scenarios?
- On-site / in-store Interactions (in the physical space)
For face-to-face interactions, your customer service representative can directly communication with customers, such as non-native speakers (e.g. foreigners) and deaf/hard of hearing. For customers speaking different languages, real-time subtitles in their preferred language ensure seamless communication via a tablet or two smartphones. If required, a sign language interpreter may join remotely to facilitate the communication with people with hearing challenges.
- Remote communications
Instant or scheduled communications with your customer service representatives via video/audio call provided by Evenly, including all accessibility functionality. Communications (audio/video calls) can be either scheduled in advance or made instantly, featuring real-time subtitles and translation in the customer's preferred language. Optional Sign Language Interpreters are available on demand.
