Our virtual board room is conversational - Start a discussion or conversation and any board member can reply, comment and provide their valued input. Drag and drop a document into the conversation, or turn the entire discussion into a task, add to the next meeting agenda list or request a vote. This also means you never have to rely on insecure email for any board or management discussions.

Sometimes you need to bring external advisors or legal into your board discussions so we make it simple to add any external contact or advisor and bring this contact into the discussion. No need for any complicated setup - Just add the contact and share a link and your contact can access using an expiring pin-less link, a link with a pin/password or sign in with their Google, Microsoft or Office 365 credentials.

Enterprise customers have the option to store their board room documents on their corporate AWS, Azure or Google cloud storage so that the business ensures sovereignty over all documents.
