Cal Newport in A World Without Email is an add-in to help you enforce a philosophy of email brevity.

This add-in is not for everyone, because being concise and to the point in email can feel uncomfortable -- albeit a powerful tool.

5entences features:

• Allows you to set your brevity comfort level from 1 to 12 sentences.
• Notifies you on send if your email contains too many sentences.^* - ^****
• Allows you to open the task pane and iterate, update then refresh and get count.^**
• On send you have the option to append the suggested footer from The 5 Sentences Website.
• Perform a summary (to desired sentence length) up to 50 times a day with Open AI^***

NOTE:This application utilizes LaunchEvents and Smart Alerts functionality to notify the user upon sending an email,

providing a count of sentences detected in the message. This feature is triggered when the user presses 'Send' and may modify the email

body or append a footer, depending on user-selected options. These modifications serve to either summarize the email content or include a

brief note explaining the purpose of the add-in.

Basic Subscription

If you do not want or need premium features but would still like to use this add-in without delays and limits, you can purchase a BASIC subscription.

With a Basic subscription you can:

• Remove all delays and subscription notifications.
• There are no daily limits on how many emails you can send and work with the summary task pane.
• Hides premium features for you.
• NOTE: Does not support AI summarization features.
