Send to OneDrive

Do you have an email or attachments that you need to save to OneDrive?

This add-in makes it easy, with a single click from the Outlook Ribbon. A task pane opens, (and after you have signed into OneDrive), you can select the folder and options and save the email and attachments to OneDrive.

NOTE: This add-in supports pinning so you can quickly move through your inbox when sending items to OneDrive.

This is useful if you receive full attachments from clients, receipts, important documents or reports that you need to access from another application. You can quickly save them to a common OneDrive location and access it quickly from any other application attached to OneDrive.

Send to OneDrive supports the following features:

• Upload all attachments from an email to a folder you select^*
• Specify the name format as the sender email, name, subject, date, all or custom^**
• Edit the name of the sub-folder or file^*** before you send it.
• Pin the taskpane so you can quickly click the next email and submit.
• Quickly get to your selected OneDrive folder from a link right on the taskpane.
• Works with Onedrive personal and OneDrive for Business ^****.
