The purchased version of AIKA 365 enables admin users to create multiple knowledge assistants, each tailored to specific roles and connected to their own knowledge bases. Once the knowledge assistant is set up and linked to the relevant knowledge bases, admin users can initiate data ingestion to complete the process. Users can then ask natural language queries to retrieve relevant information from the knowledge base.
