How Does this Magic Work?

GoFigure stores all your Rates, Overheads, Contingencies, COLA, FOREX, Project Quantities, Configuration Data etc in a central project database.

GoFigure uses Microsoft's new 'Taskpane' JavaScript engine that runs in your existing Excel files to extract costing data as a structured XML schema.

The data across all Excel Files in your RFT project is rolled up and totalled. Total is visible in each excel file and in the Management Portal.

The rolled-up data retains every row of cost, start date, currency etc, and can be filtered, queried, baselined and viewed however you wish.

When totalling your Project, Cost Model or Cost item, central rates are queried by Excel Files and never embedded in a file
