Fixed price contracts give you the ability to adjust costs based on current conditions and the number of users - which can grow and shrink. You can also manage any peaks without worry and not be dependent on individuals or poor case management systems.
Structure and accessibility
With a fixed-price contract, you don't have to build the case management structure and operate the systems, we handle this. You need worry about illness or holidays, we are always ready to help you and your employees.
Objective view based on the same interest, to reduce support
A lot of it is about proactivity - working to ensure that problems never arise in the first place. A faxis pricing model creates incentives to ensure that as few errors as possible occur. If costs are ongoing, it's easy to just remedy problems provisionally - and so they tend to recur.
Additional service - On-site resource
In addition to fixed price contracts, we can also offer "Resource on site". This means that, depending on your needs, our consultants can be on site, on a small or large scale, at your customer's premises. The benefits of this are that you and your staff will have a familiar face to provide reassurance, you will be assisted with the delivery and installation of computers on site. We also facilitate review and proactive work on hardware and networks, and are available for other manual tasks that require a physical presence.
