Users can efficiently create and manage orders on the go, ensuring real-time visibility into inventory levels and order status. Sales representatives can access their customers data, invoices, cases, and products with a single tap from the shortcut menu. These offline orders will synchronize with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain when an internet connection is available. Additionally, sales representatives have the following capabilities:
