Symity Assist is our response to the modern workplace, a specific application that we have designed and built within the Symity offering to enhance the user experience in the MTR environment.
This easy-to-use application sits within the meeting space experience and gives users instant access to content-rich supporting information. Delivered by a QR code it has been designed so that anyone can walk into the meeting space and access the videos they need on their smartphone. No need for additional equipment or specialist training.
Symity Assist is a cloud-based SaaS on-demand video service providing a suite of MS Teams Room bitesize video training materials, customised specifically to deliver optimised training for users whilst in a meeting room.
- Users are able to access in room self-help, quick reference videos direct from their smart phone by scanning a QR Code or by following a short URL provided on the meeting room device itself or pre-printed stickers/posters.
- Accessible from either corporate, personal, or guest devices.
- Each customer is provided with a dedicated, branded app interface which has targeted video content for their organisation. Administrators are also able to report on usage to provide insight on what user’s lookup.
- Symity ensure the content is always up to date and reflective of any major interface and functionality updates from Microsoft.
