It works like this:

1. Start by choosing your Excel file that has a list of the email addresses and any other information you'd like to include in your message and give your campaign a name.
2. You create your campaign email.
3. You then generate your personalized emails. It works in conjunction with your Excel file, reads columns, and makes substitutions in your emails on the fly in a mail merge. It generates personalized emails into your Drafts folder, so that you can review your emails before sending them.
4. Once you're happy with the generated emails, you can then begin sending them all with the click of one button!

The add-in has a rate throttled send speed to avoid server overload, and you can send as many as 1000 emails at a time (not to exceed 1000 a day). Best of all, for the ultimate in security, it works entirely in Outlook, and no other servers are used (except for licensing).

And because this add-in has been designed with Microsoft 365 in mind, it works in desktop Outlook, Outlook on the Web, and on Macs!
