- Challenge: Many large retail companies use multiple tools daily, which can be inefficient and costly for existing and new employees. For example, a retail chain may have hundreds of stores and thousands of employees, and it can be challenging to onboard a new employee or entire team when a new store opens up.
- Solution: We need an all-in-one integrated solution that is easy to configure and use, with the ability to manage business processes, files, and reporting without the need for other tools. This would help users execute tasks seamlessly and effortlessly while minimizing the need for additional communication such is email, slack, skype, etc. Camunda open-source software will manage processes and reporting, adapting the processes to client needs.
