Your confidential/sensitive documents will be available in clear to authorized users only by calling our RPS integration components & RPS Protection server.

RPS integration components will dynamically capture and ask RPS Protection server to transform clear confidential documents into encrypted or tokenized files when uploaded to Sharepoint online, and to unprotect the documents when access is requested by authorized users on their desktop or collaborate with other users in Sharepoint online.

All data report accesses in clear by only authorized users via Sharepoint Online will be logged.
