Co-City Dispatch Management

The Co-City Dispatch is an integration ready dashboard module that is aimed at improving the dispatch management in resolving reported incidents, infrastructure defects, and service delivery issues. The specific capabilities that the module provides include visualisation of logged cases and responding resources (field workers and vehicles) over a map, dispatching and tracking of responders and vehicles (via a Responders App and IoT Devices), two-way communication over a chat service between the dispatcher and the responder, and an audit trail that can generate performance reports of resources dispatched to resolve issues.
