The Word add-in, Pitric lets you save pieces of your Word document, including formats, as a piece. You can insert your pieces into any document and share them instantly with colleagues.

Pitric is free and includes 100 pieces and 10 contacts. Pitric SaaS increases the number of pieces to 10,000 and the number of contacts to 1,000. Microsoft 365 administrators can purchase Pitric SaaS from AppSource as a monthly or annual subscription.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are available for Work or School accounts. They are not available for personal Microsoft accounts. The cost of the subscription depends on the number of users based on three plans.

Pitric SaaS Plan One is for up to 100 users and costs 2.95 USD per month or 29.50 USD per year per user. Plan Two is for 100 to 1,000 users and costs 2.75 USD per month or 27.50 USD per year per user, while Plan Three is for more than 1,000 users and costs 2.55 USD per month or 25.50 USD per year per user. All three plans come with 10,000 pieces and 1,000 contacts.

Licenses

Microsoft 365 administrators manage subscriptions and licenses in the Microsoft 365 admin center. In the Microsoft 365 admin center administrators can buy or remove licenses. They can also edit recurring billing, change plans, and cancel subscription. Administrators can assign or unassign licenses to users within the organization.

Microsoft 365 administrators can also manage the add-in Pitric in the Microsoft 365 admin center. They can assign or unassign users of the add-in and remove it.
