A solution that allows the automation of your business eSservices with no or low code.

Its an e-Services Platform that provides the ability to clone an existing service (service template) so it automatically copies the service forms, fields, views, business rules, custom business rules, workflows, business process flows, relations, …etc. into a new e-service.

Service cloning is just a one-click step that minimizes the efforts required to implement a similar service so the resulting service can be fine tuned by administrators and published inside the business users application and also inside the e-services portal as a new e-service.

ServeStream allows administrators to easily extend or update the resulting services. They can easily change the business process flow stages, notification settings, security roles, tasks, routing mechanism, portal or backend forms, fields,  … etc. Upon applying the changes, they can publish this directly to the web portal and the e-services business users (model driven) application.

ServeStream is a Power Platform based solution that consists mainly of:

1- Business Users Application: It enables business users to execute their daily tasks and activities based on a model driven application.

2- Power Apps portal: Where end customers can access  different services, submit service requests or enquire about service requests using the Power Virtual Agent bot.

3-  Engine Application: It is used by the team of administrators to clone, extend and publish newly automated services.
