  • The 7-Step process is simple, intuitive and oriented to drive outcomes and has been used by leaders across industries and regions since 2007.


FEATURES

  • Integrated: Accessed within Microsoft Teams, the core application is easily adapted to current ways of working including specific internal links or SharePoint folders and managed within your own environment.
  • Powerful visual boards: Each of the 7-Steps has a visual and interactive board, designed to enable critical thinking and ensure decisions are fact based, data-driven and consider a range of potential outcomes and impacts.
