What is AutoMerge?

Intelligent Duplicate Detection - our Azure service detects duplicate Accounts/Contacts/Leads in your CRM

• Cross-field detection searches across multiple phone#, email or address fields for duplicates.
• Fuzzy (inexact) matching techniques deal with random phone# punctuation, mis/alternate/nickname-spelled names/company names and various address formats.
• We start you with some robust yet conservative matching and ranking rules and guide you how to customize the logic to your needs during an onboarding meeting.
• Add any OOB or custom fields to your matching/ranking rules.
• Manage your analysis-rules (matching/ranking/precision) and analysis-requests by logging into the AutoMerge Management Portal/App with your O365 login.
• Duplicate Prevention - Special functionality to link Leads to Accounts and/or Leads to Contacts. Using all the same fuzzy matching techniques. This will prevent the creation of a duplicate Account or Contact in the future if and when that Lead is later qualified.

Easy review of tagged duplicate sets in your CRM:

• After an analysis-request completes, you validate tagged duplicates in your CRM before any merging happens.
• Our powerful match-precision percentage provides you confidence as to how closely matched each duplicate-set is.
• Other command-bar buttons let you ignore record(s), removing them from the duplicate-sets, or on a per-set basis, designate an alternate record as the winner of the eventual AutoMerge operation.

One-Click or Automated Merging...

For your Power Users:

• The AutoMerge command-bar button can merge many duplicate-sets of any size with a single click. Watch the progress bar as your system gets cleaned up. Or just go do other useful work.
• Schedule a mass AutoMerging of duplicate-sets above a pre-determined match-precision by submitting an "AutoMerging" request in the AutoMerge Management Portal
• Configure preservation-fields so populated data on a loser is copied to the winner record automatically during merging (when winner field is empty)
• Configure append-fields(e.g. description) to append data from loser to winner

And/Or End Users:

• Configure the Potential Duplicates Web Resource (grid) some place on your end-user Account, Contact or Lead form. Then during the regular course of their work, an end-user is presented a grid of "potential" duplicates when they open any record of an existing duplicate set. The user can then automerge the set on the fly. This functionality goes way beyond the OOB merge dialog by showing more than 2 records at a time and providing a field-chooser/editor.
