• DMS Integration with Microsoft Outlook/Exchange 365/2016/2013/2010
• 2 Standard Content Types for assigning metadata in the SharePoint Online Environment
• 1 Standard Folder Tree Template (Documents and Email)
• A web site design that supports future ‘apps’ for production.
• A design that utilizes the Microsoft Corporation best practices.
• Training on the use of the system (by way of electronic screen sharing).

• Additional Folder Tree Templates (more than 5) may add to your cost of deployment.
• Additional Content Types (more than 5) may add to your cost of deployment.
• Automated SharePoint Site Creation (Matter Sites, Project Sites, Workspace Sites) from a third-party application (Time and Billing System, Matter Management System, Accounting System, etc.).
• Migration of Content from a source location to the new DMS.
• Additional Training Hours for users and admins beyond the project standard training hours.
