Chess Teams Voice combines Microsoft's Teams based Cloud Telephone System with a choice of two cloud voice solutions depending on the requirements of your business. Choose from a resilient Direct Routing connectivity and number hosting. In this option, UK Local National and Mobile minutes are included per user per month along with a dedicated web portal to access basic stats for your inbound numbers and queues. Speedy changes can be implemented for number routing in the event of Disaster through the web portal or a dedicated mobile app. Option two is Chess Cloud PBX. Additional features such as ad-hoc call recording, flexible handset options, integration with Door Entry and PA systems as well as built in Disaster Recovery make this version ideal for business with more complex environments.
