Boardwise

Boardwise is a board meeting management software that helps streamline and automate the processes involved in organizing board meetings. The software enables meeting participants to submit agenda topics and files, fast-track approval workflows, track status changes, react quickly to last minute changes, potentially create minutes with a customized AI and generate standardized and formatted meeting documents like agendas and minutes. It facilitates integration with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and generally Office 365, allowing users to manage meetings within existing tools and avoiding media breaks. The software aims to help users save time and effort in board meeting preparation whilst ensuring that regulations such as audit-proof protocols and compliant decision-making processes are implemented.

Boardwise was developed in the board office of Germany's largest publishing house, Axel Springer, and has been passed on to several other stock-exchange listed companies. The use cases range from executive board meetings to supervisory board meetings and worker's council meetings. It is implemented both in BaFin and ECB-controlled environments and in the German KRITIS (cricital infrastructure).
