The BDO whistleblower system offers you the opportunity to report violations of the law or of internal guidelines at any time. You can remain anonymous if you wish.

The whistleblower system can be used by both employees and external third parties. Reports are only processed for those companies/institutions/organizations that actively use the whistleblower system of BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. Reports concerning companies/institutions/organizations that do not use the service are generally not processed and not forwarded, but rather deleted.

The whistleblower system guides you step by step through the reporting process. After submitting the report, you will receive a 16-digit confirmation code. Please make a note of the code so that you can view or edit your report if necessary. If you have any queries, please provide us with a contact information. If you wish to remain completely anonymous, we ask you to log in again with the code a few days after your report in order to answer any queries you may have left in the chat. Of course, your anonymity is always guaranteed in this case as well.
