Candidates who have accepted offers as pending new hires in HR/HCM are pre-boarded to AD and Entra ID to the appropriate directory groups with role-based access privileges they require to apps and systems before their start date. The bidirectional sync provides write-back from HCM system of record to user accounts in Jobvite once candidates become workers in HCM.
