Akkadian Provisioning Manager (APM) is a robust platform designed to streamline user provisioning – onboarding and offboarding (MACDs). With APM you will have the tools to automate user provisioning Across M365 Users, Groups, Licensing as well as Teams Users and Auto Attendant. Our Native integrations to Active Directory and ServiceNow provide the foundation to easily incorporate user data as well as write back provisioned user information. With our DN management feature you can manage numbers for Direct Routing or Operator Connect users, no more spreadsheets to keep up to date.

The foundation of APM is a set of templates, built into easy-to-run jobs based on your operational requirements. With secure role-based access, you can get granular on who has access to run specific jobs. With the APM audit trail you can see when jobs are run, who started them and their status. This allows you to pass the day-to-day user management to a help desk with no requirement for back-end systems knowledge. APM is easy to deploy and build to your operational requirements for onboarding users. It has multiple deployment options with Azure Virtualized (on-prem) or a SaaS cloud offering.
