Surga Central automates the key processes involved in marketing, leasing and selling commercial real estate (CRE). Agencies can view occupancy of commercial buildings via interactive stack plans, lease expiry profiles and tenant mix charts. As well as feeding listings to leading commercial property portals, the technology also features automatic enquiry capture and response.

A wide range of search options are included, including tenant lease expiries, owners and requirements. Companies can also be connected so that agents can view upcoming lease expiries or property ownership across a group of connected companies, such as franchises or subsidiaries. An optional EDM module can be used to distribute relevant information on listings or results to interested parties.
