Smart Guardは新しいOutlookに対応したメール誤送信対策用のアドインです。Outlookのメール送信ボタンをクリックした際に、宛先確認や添付ファイル確認のためのダイアログを表示します。
単純な宛先確認だけでなく、Microsoft 365に蓄積されたデータを活用し、直近でやり取りの少ない宛先の検出や配布リスト内の外部宛先検出などを行うことができます。
Smart Guardを利用することでメール誤送信を減らし、貴社の情報漏洩対策にお役に立ちたいと考えています。

Smart Guard is an add-in designed to prevent email misdelivery, compatible with the new Outlook.
When the send button in Outlook is clicked, it displays a dialog for confirming recipients and attachments.
Beyond simple recipient checks, it leverages data accumulated in Microsoft 365 to detect recipients with whom there has been little recent communication, as well as external recipients within distribution lists.
By using Smart Guard, we aim to help reduce email misdelivery and support your company's information leakage prevention efforts.
