This Power BI App provides a variance analysis report for a series of project objectives.

Version 4.1. Use this Power BI App to compare planned to actual results for your project objects to determine how successful your portfolio of projects were. Project managers, program managers, and other stakeholders benefit when they perform this analysis during the lessons learned phase of the project. Oftentimes, this phase and this analysis are left out of the lifecycle and project managers fail to learn as much as they could from the project experiences.
