The app also includes office functionalities like task creation, contact saving, note-taking, and sending email notifications. The Easy Console makes call handling in Microsoft Teams much easier and faster.

- Custom, configurable views for displaying employee availability information within the company.
- One-click actions to chat, call, or send an email (including custom email templates).
- Configurable emails for notification of calls that cannot be forwarded.
- Easy access to call history to see if and when the caller has called before.
- Search for notes in the call history.
- Create tasks with Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Outlook Tasks, including transferring call details to the task.
- Create contacts in Outlook based on the call (directly in the app).
- Use or synchronize personal views from Easy Directory.
