Full-Page App (Single-Part App Page):
Provides a dedicated, immersive workspace for managing records and forms, featuring a dashboard view of total prospects, clients, and key metrics.
End-to-End Functionality
Open the Prospect Form to add new potential clients with details like company name, contact info, and deal stage.
Submitted data is securely stored in a SharePoint list.
When the prospect’s status is updated to “Yes – Proceed to Agreement,” the record is automatically transferred to the Client List.
Use the Client Form to manage client details and ongoing interactions.
The Dashboard provides a summarized view of all prospects and clients with interactive metrics.
The system updates in real time across all pages without the need for manual refresh.
All form submissions, status changes, and dashboard updates occur directly within your SharePoint environment — with no external dependencies or third-party integrations required.
Usage Requirements
To use this app, users must have an active Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online account with the necessary permissions to access the SharePoint site where the solution is deployed.
Note: Because this app securely connects to your organization’s SharePoint lists and libraries, it may not function in isolated or test environments without access to those data sources.
