How it Works:
Open any email in Outlook.
Click the "TIMOCOM Check" button in the ribbon or add-in pane.
The add-in checks the sender's email against the TIMOCOM platform.
Instantly view whether the sender is a verified TIMOCOM user along with their profile and ratings—or receive a clear "User Not Found" message if not listed.

Testing Instructions:
Prerequisites:
A Microsoft 365 account with Outlook (Web or Desktop).
Access to a TIMOCOM account.
Testing Steps:
Install the TIMOCOM Check add-in.
Open Outlook (Web or Desktop).
Select any email in your inbox.
Click the "TIMOCOM Check" icon:
For Outlook Web: found in the command bar when viewing an email.
For Outlook Desktop: located in the "Message" tab of the ribbon.
A browser window will open displaying the TIMOCOM platform.
If not already signed in, enter your TIMOCOM credentials.
Verify the sender:
If the email address matches a TIMOCOM user, the profile and ratings will be displayed.
If not found, an appropriate message such as "User not found" will appear.
Target Audience:
Enterprise users and existing TIMOCOM customers. The service is free of charge.
