- Need to talk to your colleague about a customer, deal, or task? Click Chat in Teams in eWay-CRM and send a direct link to open the item.
- Get familiar with the subject of your talks right in the chat panel. eWay-CRM adds a handy card that summarizes the most important info. If you need more, click Open to get full details.
- Do you need to follow up on the conversation? Click Convert to Task and create a task in eWay-CRM. Just two-clicks. No more.
- Have you learned some important info? Convert the conversation into a journal in eWay-CRM and save it by a customer. So simple.
- Do you want to open eWay-CRM? It’s right in the Teams left panel. Check it out!
To begin, please go to signup and create an account. You can choose between eWay-CRM Free or eWay-CRM 14-day Trial (paid account).
