• Travel Calendar - provides a visual representation of travel requests with Month and Timeline views. Users can filter trips by department and quickly access key travel details.
• Request Templates - allows you to create different travel request forms (e.g. Pre-Travel Requests, Travel Settlements, Mileage Reimbursements,, etc. )
• Customizable travel form fields - build travel forms with numerous field types such as Text, Choice, Number, Currency, etc.
• Role-based access control - allows you to set up the level of access that users have to the Travels Hub (regular user, manager, admin etc)
• Flow designer with parallel and mixed approval workflows - allows administrators to design workflows that include parallel approvals and a mix of sequential and simultaneous approval paths.
• Complex, multi-level conditions on approvals - configure detailed approval conditions that involve multiple levels and thresholds for advanced workflow customization.
• Central audit log - provides a consolidated view of all changes, actions, and updates across the Travels Hub for compliance and review purposes.
• Custom branding - you can custom brand your logo and colors.
• Delegates - if a Manager is out of the office, Manager or Admin can delegate approval permissions to other users.
• Assign approval to groups and individual users - flexibility to assign approval tasks either to specific individuals or entire groups for streamlined workflows.
• Get manager user metadata from Microsoft 365 user profile - retrieves organizational metadata such as the manager's name and department from Microsoft 365 for enhanced approval routing and context.
• Budgets with start and expiry dates - track and manage budgets with defined start and end dates for better expense control and transparency.
• Automatic, real-time currency conversions - ensures accurate financial data by converting currencies automatically based on the latest exchange rates.
• Contextual comments with replies - allows users to add comments directly within the context of a request and reply to existing comments for seamless collaboration and discussion.

Installation Notices

• Administrator Role: The user who installs the Travels Hub will automatically be assigned the Administrator role. This user has full access to all settings and can manage roles, granting permissions to other users as needed.
• Free Trial: Travels Hub is available as a free, fully-featured 30-day trial version. The trial can be converted into a full version by purchasing an annual subscription.
