SoftForge Meeting Management

SoftForge AG's meeting management system provides you with comprehensive support for planning, preparing, holding and following up on meetings. The following functions are available to you:

• Simple creation of the meeting agenda with agenda items, topic blocks and breaks
• Planning of participants including role allocation
• Creation of pending items directly from an agenda item
• Overview of all open pending items
• Management of meeting documents and attachments to agenda items
• Creation of agenda lists and minutes with your own Word templates

The meeting management data is stored securely in the SharePoint and Teams sites of your choice. You can use our solution either as a WebPart or as a FullPage within SharePoint or place it as a Teams tab in Microsoft Teams. A license is required to use the full functionality of the solution.
