**Emails**
Easily record all essential incoming and outgoing emails from Office 365 in Tribe CRM. You can link emails directly to activities or create new activities for your contacts. This way, you can work from a single program, maintain an overview of your interactions, and save a significant amount of time.
**Calendar**
This add-in provides you with a current overview of your appointments in Tribe CRM and Office 365. The integration works both ways: when you create a new appointment in Tribe CRM, it is automatically added to your Outlook calendar, along with all relevant details. Similarly, if you schedule an appointment in Outlook, it will automatically appear in Tribe CRM. Additionally, in Outlook, you may have the option to link the appointment directly to your contacts.
**Contacts**
Contacts, whether business associates, employees, or individuals, are synchronized via the link. The synchronization works both ways if you own the relationship and the contact is currently active.
The add-in needs a valid Tribe license and a valid Microsoft 365 license to function. The add-in itself does not require a specific license.
