Breeio AI is an innovative performance and development tool that leverages AI to enhance communication, sales, and managerial skills through interactive role-plays and personalized coaching. Seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Teams, it offers realistic customer and workplace conversation simulations, actionable feedback, and policy guidance.

Breeio AI is a technology developed by Acteon Communication and Learning and is designed to prioritise data security and privacy.

Guidance for new users:

  • Your organisation needs to have an active Breeio AI licence to enable users to use this app. Please contact us at enquiries@breeio.com for more details and licensing options.
  • Click ‘Add’ to install the app on your Teams client. You will automatically receive a welcome email message as well as a notification in the Teams ‘Chat’ area.
  • Simply go to the ‘Chat’ area in Teams and start interacting with the Breeio AI assistant.
  • Check out the ‘Discussions’ tab for more functionality and the ‘Help’ tab for further guidance.

  • This app can access personal information on the active message, such as phone numbers, postal addresses, or URLs. The app may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
