Bloomfire for Microsoft Teams lets employees search and get updates within Teams
Search, share, and stay up-to-date on company knowledge
Collaborate and share company expertise in real-time conversations with the Bloomfire
app. Bloomfire centralizes your organization’s knowledge and makes all content searchable so that
everyone can easily find and use the information they need to be efficient and effective. With the Bloomfire
app, you can:
- Search your entire knowledge base directly in Microsoft Teams with
Bloomfire’s powerful search engine, which deep indexes all your company’s content.
- Share Bloomfire content with other Teams users with a single click.
Increase engagement with your content and add context to your conversations by sharing relevant
contributions with specific Teams users or channels.
- Ask a question in Bloomfire so subject matter experts see it and
respond in real-time, all within Teams.
- Keep team members informed, engaged, and aligned by pushing
notifications to a selected Teams channel when new or updated content is published in Bloomfire.
In order to use this app, users must have an active Bloomfire account. If you are not
a current Bloomfire user, please contact sales@bloomfire.com to sign up. Additionally, the Teams admin must
also be an admin of Bloomfire to configure the app and needs to accept the consent on behalf of all the
app’s users.

- This app can access personal information on the active message, such as phone numbers, postal addresses, or URLs. The app may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
