Unit4 Advanced Virtual Assistant, (“Ava”), is the next step in intelligent, personalized help from Unit4: An advanced, intelligent assistant which is ready to answer questions and help you automate daily administrative tasks.
For example, you can review your task list and perform actions related to:
- Absences and Timesheets
- Travel requests and Expenses
- Requisitions, Purchase orders and Goods receipts
- Invoices
Ava also allows you to easily set up discussions about tasks with colleagues in Microsoft Teams. Click the Discuss button in ERP and Ava will open a Teams channel with selected colleagues.
Just add Ava to your contacts to have your own virtual assistant on hand to help you take care of your tasks anytime, without having to access Unit4 ERP.
Unit4 Advanced Virtual Assistant is an enterprise app and therefore not available for independent users. To use the app, you must be a Unit4 ERP user and have an organization account. If your organization doesn’t use Unit4 ERP, then please visit Unit4 ERP to find out more.
