NTTPCサポートAIはNTTPCコミュニケーションズ（NTTPC）のAIチャットボットサービスです。

本アプリでは、一般的な事項に関するAIへの相談や会話を行うことができるほか、AIから定期的にイベントや連絡先の確認などの通知を受け取ったり、お困りごとのヒアリングを受けることができます。

本アプリでは以下の点に生成AIが活用されています：

  • ユーザーの入力に対して回答を生成すること

本アプリで利用可能な言語は日本語のみとなります。

本アプリをご利用いただくにはNTTPCから案内する認証コードを登録いただく必要があります。

本アプリに関するご質問、認証コードについてのお問い合わせ、生成AIの不適切な回答のご報告はNTTPC担当者、もしくはお問い合わせフォームよりお問い合わせください。
