Outlook add-in for Weflow customers to adjust the email logging behavior to their Salesforce CRM.
Please note the following:
- To use this add-in, you need to be a Weflow customer
- To purchase a Weflow license, contact our sales team
- This add-in uses the AppendOnSend functionality to log emails from Outlook to your Salesforce CRM
- This add-in should be installed and managed by an admin
Auto-capture emails, meetings, and contacts from Microsoft 365:
Setup and first-run experience:
- After installing and distributing this add-in to your users, they will need to sign in with their Salesforce credentials
- If you use a third-party provisioning solution or another SSO, Weflow will automatically direct users to the right login page
- Logging into Salesforce will automatically establish a connection with Weflow - no additional action by the user is required
- (Optional) Users should pin the add-in for a consistent logging experience
Auto-capture emails, meetings, and contacts from Microsoft 365:
- Permanently stored in Salesforce
- Allows for standard Salesforce reporting
- Sync historic activities up to 24 months
Permanently store activities in Salesforce:
- Emails are stored in the "MessageEmail" or "Task" object
- Meetings are stored in the "Event" object
- Store attachments and new contacts (optional)
Get the Outlook extension for advanced users controls:
- Decide which records to log right from Outlook (Web, Windows, macOS)
- Log to any Salesforce standard or custom object
- Create new records directly from Outlook

- Can send data over the Internet
- This app can access and modify personal information in the active message, such as the body, subject, sender, recipients, and attachment information. It may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
