Prompts for Microsoft 365 | Enterprise Businesses

The Prompts app delivers experiences that welcome users to Copilot, inspire them to succeed through a collection of pre-defined and curated prompts, and allow them to share their success with others.

This app helps users discover, use, and share prompts as they use Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications. Users can explore various prompts available in Copilot across applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. They will also learn about the various Copilot capabilities that can be unlocked using these prompts. Users can share prompts with their teams and save their favorite prompts for future use.

This app offers an enhanced filtering tool to quickly narrow down the right prompt for each task within the larger prompt catalog. Users can filter by specific Microsoft 365 applications, tasks they want to consider and job types. This along with new sharing and saving capabilities, helps users hone in on the most relevant prompt for their needs.
