Documendo for Word

Documendo for Word makes it easier to connect your Word template with your guided flows set up in the Documendo portal. In the Documendo portal, you can automate all types of documents down to the smallest detail. Documendo for Word is a tool that allows you to easily add your merge fields from your guided flows directly into your Word templates exactly where you want them.

Documendo for Word is an add-on to the Documendo portal and can't stand alone.

Log in with your existing Documendo account or contact Documendo to create a new one (requires a paid subscription).

Functionality:

- Choose one of your document workflows to view all related merge fields.

- Insert merge fields directly into Word.

- Load and save your Word template to your account

- Get support directly from Word.

Get started quickly – Example:

Open the Word template you want to connect to a guided Documendo flow.

1. Log in with your Documendo account.

2. Select a documendo workflow to load its merge fields.

2.1 Load the Word template for the Document workflow or use an existing Word template

3. Place the cursor in the document where you want to insert a merge field and click on a merge field.

4. Save the changes to the Word template to the document workflow
