Employee directory And Org Chart is a SharePoint Framework(SPFx) solution for SharePoint/Microsoft 365 which has webparts to search for the users and communicate with them. The webparts have modern responsive design so that it fits in any part of the page with any resolution. These webparts inherits the theme of SharePoint site and seamlessly blends in with other contents of the page.

WebParts available: -

. Directory (This webpart displays the users with advanced filter options)

. Directory By Department (This webpart displays the users filtered by the department mentioned in the webpart properties)

. Directory By Location (This webpart displays the users filtered by the location mentioned in the webpart properties)

. Organization Chart (This webpart displays the organization tree)

. Directory Settings (This webpart lets you manage the general settings of the employee directory and organization chart webparts)

. Directory uses SharePoint search REST Api feature to display the data. So, there would be some delay for the AD User property changes to reflect in the webparts.

. Organization hierarchy must be defined in the tenant for the organization chart to work.
