Compatibility Information:
- Docusign for Microsoft SharePoint relies on the Docusign service and is designed to work with all Docusign eSignature plans.
- Docusign for Microsoft SharePoint is optimized for multiple users and advanced Docusign features.
Installation Guidelines:
- Docusign for SharePoint is installed at the site level. If you need Docusign for SharePoint installed across multiple sites you will need to install for each site individually or use scripting to automate multi-site deployment
- Docusign for SharePoint requires a tenant admin to grant consent for the following app permissions: read and write items in all site collections, read and write files in all site collections, read all users' full profiles, read directory data, read all applications, read SharePoint and OneDrive tenant settings, sign in and read user profile, have full control of all site collections
- To grant consent to permissions, a tenant admin must click "Grant consent" in the administrative settings page in the Docusign for SharePoint app.
- Docusign for SharePoint must be manually added to any new sites created after installation.
SPFx Components:
- ListViewCommandSet Command Bar: used for configuring Docusign actions on the command bar. The command bar contains actions to Send with Docusign, Sign with Docusign, Send a Template, Log out, and Manage Administrative Settings.
- ListViewCommandSet Context Menu: used for configuring Docusign actions on the context menu once the user clicks on the ellipsis. A text menu option shows on the context menu.
