The VSA chatbot, available on both desktop and mobile devices, will enable you to gather real-time updates on quotes and order status.

View item details and request an email with order details.

Access other order information and order documents like proof of delivery (PoD), packing lists, serial numbers, etc.

For Partners – Please ensure you have OSV access to use the VSA chatbot. If you do not have access to OSV UI, please contact your PAOM or PPA.

To access VSA chatbot, users need to click on the **login** button and utilize the **HPE Sign** In web page for authentication. If you do not have **HPE Sign In** credentials, proceed with the Sign-Up process.
