Junior AI is an add-in for Microsoft Word that lets lawyers use everyday words to make changes to documents instantly and accurately

This intuitive and reliable tool automates the tedious and frustrating parts of drafting and editing legal documents.

Using the side window in Word, you can type or speak various commands into the command box, hit go, and watch as pain-staking hours of formatting and editing vanish.

Under the dropdown menu next to the command box, you will find the all of the kinds of commands Junior AI is capable of executing and, at the bottom of the window, further recommendations for prompts to execute, some of which include:

FINDING – Avoid scrolling through a document to find what you’re looking for.

• Navigation: “Go to section 23(a)(iii)”
• Highlighting: “Highlight placeholders”

EDITING – Remove matter-specific details instantly and highlight outstanding details with ease.

• “Scrub document” will delete all specific details to an agreement (i.e. dates, dollar amounts etc.)

FORMATTING – Stop wasting hours on formatting changes and make global changes with a short phrase.

• Indentation: “Increase indents a little bit”
• Font: “Make font Times New Roman”
• Alignment: “Align headings left”, “justify paragraphs”
• Paragraph spacing: “Set paragraph spacing to 2”
• Casing: “Make headings all caps”
• Line spacing: “Double space”
• Period spaces: “Make two spaces after periods”
• Headings: “Bold all headings”

Please note that, although we work hard to limit misinterpretations, Junior AI may not understand your command. If an undesired command is executed, simply click “Undo” and attempt to rephrase your intended action. The features listed in the drop-down act as your guide in learning what Junior AI is capable of.

Junior AI is a tool that helps to execute the changes you intend. By using the application, you agree that all changes are your own and are solely your responsibility to verify your changes are executed as intended.
