Corcentric Platform Add-in for Word Online improves the editing workflow of contract documents in Online versions of Word. Users can collaborate directly on files without having to download and re-upload to Corcentric Platform, with the peace of mind that every document will be synchronized, and any changes will be integrated back into the final negotiated contract.

Corcentric CLM users will have access to the add-in's Clause Library to streamline contract editing and redlines. With your company’s pre-approved clause content at your fingertips, you can quickly manage your templates, or view alternate clauses based on fallback positions defined by your purchasing and legal business rules. For customers who already have a variety of Word templates, those documents can automatically be scanned and converted to the new template mode with the add-in.

The add-in is available for all Corcentric CLM customers using the Microsoft 365 Online version of Word.
