ReadifyRM is a SharePoint-based solution with a SPFx Web Part, designed to provide a comprehensive Risk Management framework. It enables healthcare organizations to manage various types of hazards through a four-step process that includes vulnerability and capability assessments, hazard identification and prioritization, hazard impact analysis, and mitigation planning. ReadifyRM also provides dynamic and real-time reporting of the HVA process so that even small changes in the mitigation plan are represented in the HVA report.

With ReadifyRM, users can:

Vulnerability Assessment: Assess Vulnerabilities using a detailed emergency preparedness capabilities assessment that includes over 600 indicators spread across seven core capabilities.

Hazard Identification: Quickly identify and prioritize potential hazards using a pre-populated list of natural, accidental, human-caused and biological hazards.

Hazard Risk Analysis: Efficiently and objectively analyze each hazard's level of risk by analyzing over 70 prepopulated threat indicators combined with automated integration of the vulnerability assessment.

Hazard Mitigation Plan: Hazard mitigation strategies are automatically generated based on the vulnerability assessment and hazard risk analysis. Easily develop, assign, communicate and track action plans for each mitigation strategy.

Dynamic HVA Report: ReadifyRM includes a comprehensive and dynamic report that reflects immediate changes to the risk analysis as changes are made in real-time. Easily download and print the HVA report to pdf for sharing with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

HVA Automation: Vulnerabilities are automatically converted to capabilities as action plans and mitigation strategies are completed, which eliminates the need for consistently reviewing the vulnerability assessment.
