Sikom ContactCenter App enables you to enter your Sikom Contact Center directly inside Microsoft Teams and start immediately using Single Sign On.
Funktionalities:
- Transfer of Microsoft Teams credentials to the Sikom Contact Center (single sign on)
- open the Contact Center functions „Agent frontend“ inside Microsoft Teams
Standard app functions:
- Control your own Sikom Contact Center status
- Using Microsoft Phone system for calls
- Manage the assigned input channels and skill groups
- Team overview
- History for calls and mail objects (e.g. Sikom contact center voicemail)
- If required: further contact center functions depending on the connected Sikom Contact Center solution
