List Collection

List Collection is an SPFx web part designed to consolidate and retrieve documents or items from multiple SharePoint Online sites into a single, grid view. This tool enhances accessibility, organization, sorting, analysis, and data sharing.

The List Collection application can be seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Teams. By adding it in Microsoft Teams as a channel tab or a personal tab, it can be utilized across both the Microsoft Teams environment and the SharePoint portal.

The creation or modification of views is as similar as using SharePoint's native list view. You can create multiple views on the web part to organize items or documents in various ways, and switch between different views using the SharePoint View drop-down menu.

With the List Collection Web Part, view, create, edit, or delete individual list items with ease, and updates will automatically be reflected in the corresponding source lists.

Export collected and sorted data to a CSV file for offline analysis or reporting.
