Features of Genial AI

"GenialAI" is an Excel add-in that improves the efficiency of verification by estimating association between Excel lines and documents, and showing the locations of documents where the cell data semantically match. GenialAI recognizes documents, agrees them with Excel data, and links Excel lines to documents and presents the results to the user. GenialAI is an easy-to-use Excel add-in that meets the user needs while utilizing the knowledge accumulated through the pilot tests with a major audit firm that achieved a high matching accuracy of 94%.

Improvement of matching efficiency

This add-in streamlines the matching process between Excel sheets and documents, including the audit process called vouching. GenialAI automatically recognizes documents, highlights the Excel cell and corresponding document area, and displays the results in the Excel task pane.

AI-OCR

AI-OCR reads text and displays it in the task pane even if there is no text data embedded in the document. You can also search the contents of documents by any text string.

Japanese Language Support

It supports differences in notation unique to the Japanese language, such as Western/Japanese calendar, one-byte/full-width characters, and abbreviations for legal entity types.
