Schedule, start and join Onsight Connect meetings using the Onsight Meetings Outlook add-in.
The Onsight Outlook add-in provides an easy and familiar way to schedule, start, and join Onsight Connect meetings directly from Microsoft Outlook.
To schedule a meeting, the host invites participants within Outlook and selects Add an Onsight Meeting to automatically create and include the Onsight Connect meeting URL within the invite body.
To join, the host and all invited participants click the link within the calendar invitation. The link launches the meeting and automatically opens Onsight Connect through the app or a web browser. Invited participants enter a lobby to provide the host with control over entry.
Users can login to the Outlook add-in using their Onsight Connect user credentials or with Single Sign On (SSO) credentials.
Requirements
Onsight Connect user license is required for the meeting host to set-up and control access
Onsight Outlook Add-in must be installed for the meeting host
